Pacha New York: A cultural revival rooted in Brooklyn

FIVE Holdings has entered into a long-term agreement assuming full operational management of the Brooklyn Mirage and The Great Hall complex, ushering in a new chapter as Pacha New York, a cultural platform rooted in Brooklyn, built to unite global headliners, underground pioneers, and NYC’s creative communities.

The 1st season will run from June top[ October 2026, with a world-class electronic programme spanning international icons and homegrown talent, plus major production upgrades. The Great Hall will continue year-round as a multi-genre arena for live acts and next-generation sounds.

Kabir Mulchandani, Chairman & CEO of FIVE Holdings, says the move is a “defining moment” for the group’s global journey and a statement of long-term commitment to New York. Axar Capital’s Andrew Axelrod adds that key Chapter 11 matters are now resolved, enabling the transition to move forward in earnest.
