Police confirm Sarah Everard died from compression of the neck

The post-mortem examination has found that Sarah Everard died form compression of the neck.
Everard, 33, who vanished as she walked home in Clapham, south London, on 3 March was found in Kent no more than a week later after it was revealed Met PC Wayne Couzens, 48, was responsible for her kidnapping and death.
Couzen’s has been charged with Ms Everard’s murder and kidnap with his trial set to start on 25 October.
