Tonight, Raye has smashed the record for the most BRIT awards won in any one year; with six prizes to her name this evening, RAYE managed to pick up the award for best song, best artist, best album, best R&B act, best songwriter of the year, and best new artist.

The 26 year old was joined by her grandma Agatha on stage and commented after apologising, “I’m ugly crying on national television”.
