Reading & Leeds Festivals To Go Ahead This Summer

The summer might really be saved after Reading and Leeds festivals confirmed they will be returning in August. Like many large group events the festivals were both cancelled last may due to the coronavirus pandemic but they took to Twitter to note their return after Boris Johnson’s roadmap out of lockdown was announced.

The full details are not yet known so things such as whether spectators will have to be vaccinated or the allowed capacity of the festivals are all still in question. Will this announcement see more festivals/concerts return this year ? We can only hope so.
