Brought together by the Musicians’ Union and Help Musicians, The Musicians’ Census is a project to get the most precise picture of an artist’s work and life across the UK.

The census will help detail Black and ethnically diverse musicians’ inputs to the UK music industry and help push funding, design services and support that reflects the needs of your community.

Taking just 10 minutes to complete, your answers you provide will be anonymised and once completed you can enter a prize draw to win £300 on One4All gift cards (terms apply).

Sarah Woods, Deputy Chief Executive at Help Musicians adds: “At Help Musicians, we believe that musicians really count, and we have been working for over 100 years to make a meaningful difference to the lives of musicians across the UK. To date, however, there has never been a comprehensive picture of the total population of musicians and without this insight, we are unable to ensure our support is as impactful as it can be.”
