Thomas Tuchel Set To Become New England Manager With Agreement Completed

Former Chelsea, PSG and Bayern Munich head coach Thomas Tuchel has completed the agreement to become the new England manager after concluding a deal with the FA, with an official unveiling expected this week.

Tuchel opened doors to England job in July and it’s now a done deal as reports suggest – the German was always one of the leading candidates for the job when Southgate excited after the Euro 2024 Final defeat to Spain.

Hired by Paris Saint-Germain in 2018, winning two league titles, including a domestic quadruple in his second season, and guiding the club to its first UEFA Champions League final, Tuchel became manager of Chelsea in 2021 and won the Champions League in his debut season, being named The Best FIFA Football Coach.
