Tilt launched last night at a central location in Mayfair, with familiar faces in attendance including Dnieccio hosting and Jamo Beatz on the 1s and 2s.

Tilt – a live marketplace app that’s redefining the e-commerce experience for Gen Z, have launched a new monthly live auction series, Tilt Treasures. Having begun on Tuesday 29th April at Little Tape and via the Tilt App, this innovative and interactive series looks set to propel Tilt to the forefront of e-commerce.

Founded by Abhi Thanendran and Neil Shah after starting at Revolut, the pair have moved from fintech to fashion seamlessly by creating a dynamic platform that bridges the gap between shoppers and fashion brands, allowing them to communicate directly through streams and hosts, creating an immersive experience akin to shopping at a physical store.

This bespoke shopping experience goes hand in hand with their desire to become a luxury marketplace, showcasing multiple brands across streetwear and high fashion with every item individually sourced and checked. Tilt Treasures seeks to capitalise on their unique skill set within fashion e-commerce, beginning with an in real life auction surrounding The North Face’s iconic Mountain Jacket to mark its 40th anniversary.

A cornerstone of any intrepid traveller’s wardrobe, the Mountain Jacket has been the backbone of the North Face brand for the last four decades. The jacket has seen collaborations with the likes of Supreme, MM6 Maison Margiela, and KAWS, becoming an instantly recognisable part of fashion’s zeitgeist in recent years.

Tilt auctioned off ten different iterations of the Mountain Jacket, from KAWS and Supreme collaborations to a bespoke piece designed by esteemed British artist Tomas Gittins. Tilt Treasures therefore looks set to be an ambitious and immersive experience both in person and via the App, as Tilt embarks on creating the new hub for fashion and culture tastemakers worldwide.
