Jose Mourinho’s stint as Tottenham Hotspur manager has come to an abrupt end. As per reports from football reporter David Ornstein 58 year old manager has been relived of his duties today (April 19) by the North London Club.

The Portuguese took over from Mauricio Pochettino in the fall of 2019 signing a 3 year deal which is set to expire at the end of the 2023 season. Currently sitting 7th, Spurs crashed out of the Europa League in embarrassing fashion losing to creation team Dinamo Zagreb in the last 16.

The speculated payout for Mourinho sits at around £30million, which is expected to be offset by the £300 million windfall Spurs will receive from their European Super League status.
