UK Set To Ban Buy One Get One Free Promotions

The UK Governments has taken a new target in its war on obesity. The restrictions will only apply to food considered as “Junk” more specifically food high in fat, salt or sugar, such as cakes, crisps, soft drinks, breakfast cereals, pizzas and ready meals. Restaurants will also no longer be allowed to give out free refills of soft drinks when the new rules come into effect.
