WHO’S GOT GAME IN CONJUNCTION WITH CUT THE CHAT PRESENTS: CELEBRITY BALL OUT

London, 17th June 2019 – Who’s Got Game in conjunction with Cut the Chat with support from BET International today announces its 3rd annual official CELEBRITY BALL OUT Charity basketball match taking place on Saturday 14th September 2019 at The Copper Box Arena at the Olympic Park in London.

The star-studded team line-up and celebrity coaches includes: NOT3S, ASHLEY WALTERS, RICHARD BLACKWOOD, Kojo (BGT Finalist)Anthony Yarde (WBO European Champion Boxer)Paigey Cakey, EO, Nella Rose, AJ Odudu, Samson Kayo, Big Tobz, Bella Penfold (X Factor Finalist) Aaron Fontaine (Holby City, Hollyoaks), Femi Oyeniran (The Intent, Kidulthood), DJ Melody Kane (BBC 1xtra) and many more to be announced.

Founder of WGG, Dayo Okewale says, 

“This is more than just a basketball match, this cultural event proudly in our 3rd year which brings together the influence and power of home-grown and International celebrities and athletes, along with the strength and character of the local community to raise money for our charity partners.”

The Event is taking place at Illustrious Olympic Park at the Copper Box Arena, doors open at 1pm the event will feature live music by our BBC 1xtra, a slam dunk showdown, silent auction, audience giveaways and a half-time performance by a special celebrity guest!

Who’s Got Game’ are an innovative sport non-for profit – using basketball as a tool for social change and development, creating world leaders.  The organisation specializes in the development of basketball and sports participation both commercially and recreationally among businesses and unacquainted communities. Hosting UK and International basketball related events, workshops, camps and coaching sessions with young people, organizations and in schools and colleges, we use sport as a tool to educate, inform and develop and encourage health active living. The charity also looks at how sports organizations can capitalize on using sport to maximize revenue. More than just a sports association, we aim to motivate, inspire and bring the best out of organizations, schools and individuals through the competitive sport of basketball.

Bringing together families, sport and music, the power of giving and volunteering and the afternoon promises to be an entertainment-filled, fundraising celebration.
