Sharktank Ignite The Victoria with Electrifying Performance
20 Oct 2025
On a lively October evening at The Victoria in Dalston, Sharktank delivered a show that was as dynamic as it was immersive. Opening with their synth-pop puncher “Neon Screen”, lead singer Kassy (Katrin Paucz) immediately captivated the room, swishing her hair, moving fluidly across the stage, and hitting every note with precision. Mile, the band’s charismatic rapper, brought equal intensity, at one point lying on the floor mid-verse and weaving through the crowd, drawing fans into the performance. The playful rapport between Kassy and Mile added a magnetic spark, each bouncing off the other’s presence in a way that felt effortless.

Around the room, devoted fans sang along to every lyric, while others lingered at the edges, peeking through the doors of the pub-style venue, clearly intrigued. The setlist struck a careful balance between old and new: fan favorites “Washed Up and Bad Energy” from 2021’s “Get It Done” sparked enthusiastic sing-alongs, while their latest single “Crash” mesmerized with lush synth textures and moments of introspective calm.

Kassy’s vocals were a highlight, consistently on pitch and beautifully nuanced, shifting between light and shade with apparent ease. The band showcased their versatility, moving from full-throttle anthems to stripped-back passages without losing momentum. Between songs, Mile expressed gratitude to the crowd, noting this was Sharktank’s first London show and calling it “the place most artists dream of playing,” a sentiment warmly echoed by the audience.
By the final notes, it was clear that Sharktank are a live force, blending precision, charisma, and creativity into a performance that left The Victoria crowd exhilarated and eager for what’s next.
