Paranoia is a track that primarily takes you through the mind of a paranoid thinker. Hex is known for creating an engaging experience for his listeners. Visually, he takes us through an abandoned apartment full of different scenarios and pills all over the floor, where we see a man struggling with his vices trying to deal with desolation, deceitful people and trying to escape from his own thoughts and current situation.
