Rwandan rapper Pacifik has teamed up with London artists Don’t Connect and Red Edgar for their collaborative new single, ‘Do or Die’. The track has been accompanied by a cinematic visual shot by Fred Wilkins.
Pacifik displays a high level of artistry throughout the release, showcasing different aspects of his rapping ability with ease. The collaboration was made possible after a chance encounter between Don’t Connect and Pacifik in a Kigali market, forming an instant connection and bond over music.
You can feel this chemistry between all three artists instantly, with Red Edgar providing the soundscape for the other two artists to build their respective worlds. In keeping with the themes of cultural exchange on the record, the artwork has been designed by Zambian artist Boyd Bishonga. This single is a celebration of the boundlessness of music and sees all involved at the very top of their game.
