Delivering a captivating performance, the visuals see Sam and his guitar getting picked up by a car but Sam soon realizes that his guitar gets switched for a blue balloon. Known for his emotive and captivating wordsmith, Charlie is exactly that; singing about the brighter days ahead – this single is yet another stand-out track from Sam’s ever-growing catalogue.

Speaking on the single, Sam commented; “The song is about being in a relationship with someone and realising that when they get drunk, they always go back to a guy called Charlie,” Sam explains, “I like that you can read it on two levels.”
