Shamil Is Back With The Visuals To Brand New Offering “MARCI”

Shamil has returned with a brand new seductive joint titled, MARCI.

Produced by Benjii Yang and PjayTheHERO, MARCI is set to release on his forthcoming and highly awaited EP. Following the release of both Sohana and OTL, Shamil delivers an up-tempo and seductive vibe for this one! Layered with his smooth and butter-like vocals, Shamil flexes his contagious melodies and wordsmith from start to finish.

Speaking on the release, Shamil commented; “A lot of things happen in the studio, way more than just making music. Sometimes it’s little things that can affect whether or not you make a banger or make some boof”, Shamil laughs. “This is the first record I recorded with my engineer after not seeing him for a few months. When the pandemic started he went back to Alaska and I went to my sisters house in Ohio. While I was there, I started to reminisce about home and the people I
knew which led to me writing the first 4 bars of the song.”

Shamil continues to explain the record, “Back in Alaska, Marci was a girl my homie was fuckin’ with. She was super bad and had this really confident energy about her. After meeting her, she sort of set the standard for women that I got involved with; This song is about a conversation with a girl who’s just as bad if not badder than Marci.”
