slowthai Enlists James Blake & Mount Kimbie For “feel away”

slowthai has returned with a brand new track and accompanying visuals for “feel away” featuring James Blake and Mount Kimbie.

Written in LA alongside James Blake and produced by Mount Kimbie’s Dom Maker, feel away showcases a more laid-back and reflective side of slowthai we aren’t necessarily used to seeing, before James Blake blesses the track with his signature angelic vocals. The Oscar Hudson-directed visuals put quite the spin on the mellow sound, delivering a nightmare-ish gut punch that slowthai is known for.

Speaking on the release of the track, slowthai commented; “This song is about the doubts we have whether it be within friendships, your partner or with our family. It’s about putting yourself in the other person’s shoes so you have a better understanding of the situation.”
