Ojerime has returned with a brand new single with accompanying visuals entitled Empty.

South London, singer and songwriter Ojerime returns with her unique brand of dark, melancholic R&B in the shape of new track Empty produced by Mansur Brown. Known for putting her own twist on contemporary R&B, Ojerime is inspired by nostalgic R&B and electro, Ojerime’s sound sits sonically alongside the likes of Aaliyah, Brandy and Destiny’s Child.

Speaking on the track, Ojerime commented “Empty’ is a freestyle about being drained in every area of life, from friendships, career and love life. I offload all of this in a convoluted way because I’m going through so many emotions when writing this. The lyrics are relatable but the overall message is quite cryptic and personal to me.”
