Born in Congo and raised in Bradford is the rising artist Zaire, the 19 year-old has returned with the visuals to his brand new single entitled “Shotti”.

Championing his Congo heritage, “Shotti” explores it’s history through topics of war and combat. Housing production off of Mike Brainchild the rampant and empowering instrumental sets as the perfect foundation for Zaire to glaze his words of resilient atop. Enriched with an infectious hook, “Shotti” is one for your playlist!

Speaking on the release of the track he commented, “For me the song is about being strong and confident enough to stand at the frontline and face anything, whatever it may be. In my life I’ve seen a lot and have learnt to always expect the unexpected, that’s why in the hook I say “just in case” – Because you never know in this life what may come your way. It’s a warning to always be prepared.”
