In the past month alone, we’ve seen plenty U.K. rap acts progressively dominate the charts. Last week, Dave’s surprise “Titanium” release earned the ‘Psychodrama’ rapper his seventh top 10 hit.

This week’s headliner?

AJ Tracey’s ‘Flu Game’ album has landed at #2 on the UK’s Official Album chart, coming right under new “London Grammar” album by indie-pop band, Californian Soil. The West Londoner’s second studio album is a sixteen-track display of his fusion of sounds and lives up to AJ’s wordsmith status.

Still, urban British talents are doing well in the charts and competing with some of the world’s most renowned acts. Central Cee’s independently released ‘Wild West’ remains a top 20 project and Digga D’s ‘Made In The Pyrex’ tape still occupies a top 30 position.

What’s more? D Block Europe have spent 27 weeks in the charts, and for an album – The Blue Print: Us Vs Them – that received backlash, this is a tremendous testament to their artistry.

Chicago star, Polo G, makes his biggest U.K. debut with #1 “RAPSTAR” hit! Perhaps, his British audience can anticipate a headlining show in the near future.

AJ Tracey is having an impressive run, with a huge campaign backing his release. His feel-good “Little More Love” tune has entered the singles charts, joining Central Cee’s “Commitment Issues” in the top 30.

We can’t leave collaborating rappers, Tion Wayne and Russ Millions, out. Totally conquering the airwaves, the duo’s “Body” is now a top 20 single and together, they amassed a whopping 1 million views on their video in 24 hours!
