Having recently made the announcement about the release of his Sophomore album We’re All Alone In This Together, which comes in succession to his 2-package offering Titanium and Mercury released earlier this year, Streatham native, ‘SANTAN’ Dave has finally united with fellow South London rap vet, Stormzy to shake up the summer with their joint track, Clash.

Teaming up with Kyle Evans for the production, the exotic sonic waves that open up the Clash, go on to unveil the intimidating 808’s and high-rate 140bpm rhythm which Santan and Stormz use as an avenue to drop luxury rap bars in a chilled out, monosyllabic tone; giving rich detail to the experiences of this new era in their lives, using playful word play.

With Edem Wornoo being called on for the video’s creative direction, Clash‘s visuals come on a drip-esque vibe and interchange between colour-fused shots of the duo taking to a karting stadium, turning up with company, flaunting the material goods (detailed in the lyrics), and walking the halls of a circadian-lit car dealership.
